Overview
Check-in mode
Which kiosk experience is the real one for this event. Whichever kiosk page is opened, it'll automatically show this mode instead. The Registrants list also adapts — the QR code button only makes sense in QR mode.
Scanner (camera)
Picks which camera the kiosk uses to scan QR codes. This has to be chosen on the kiosk machine itself — a camera list only shows the cameras attached to whatever device loaded this page, so if the kiosk ends up running on its own dedicated PC, open this Settings page from that machine (via the kiosk's gear icon) rather than from here.
Printer
Browsers don't let a website pick or remember a printer for security reasons — the normal Windows print dialog opens every time a badge prints, and you choose the printer there (it usually defaults to whatever you picked last). Picking a printer automatically, with no dialog, needs the app to be packaged as a real desktop app (Electron) rather than a browser tab — that's a planned later step, not something Settings can control yet.
Clear all registrant data
If the name-lookup kiosk is in use, the registrant list is a searchable directory of real people by design — it shouldn't be kept around after the event it was built for. This permanently deletes every registrant and the help queue from this device. There's no undo — only do this once the event is over.
